What I still can't get my head round is I've just seen him play a gig with the same amazing music, the same performance energy and commitment to an audience in my boyfriend's front room. | Well I've got to say, I don't think I have ever been so happy in my whole life. Nothing particular has happened - no song of mine has just been chosen to be the theme tune to Paris Hiltons new tv show, I haven't received a surprise Brit Award for innocence ingenuity, and above me the sky is a blank white sheet, devoid of any iconic romantic inspiration. But it is a great day...and to celebrate we are holding the first Unlit of the year this Friday 12th February at Tim Varlow's house in Islington (email lee@unlitrecords.com for address).
