The evening begins with a gentle yin yoga practice accompanied by a sweet-n-soulful live soundscape of songs, strings, chanting tones and drones.
Following, is the Sacred Song & Cacao Ceremony - a blend of Jont's soul-stirring songs and John & Michelle’s devotional mantras - served up with stories, meditation journeys and a hearty dose of spontaneity...beginning with a Cacao (i.e., chocolate) ceremony.
